A 23-year-old man, described by police as the third suspect in a Friday high-speed car chase and shooting in Southeast San Diego, has turned himself in to San Diego police. Police spokesman Bill Robinson said Derwin Derome Anderson, 23, of the 3900 block of Oregon Street, was arrested and booked into County Jail on suspicion of armed assault on an officer, armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and burglary. The other two suspects, Nolan Edward Reese, 22, who was shot in the right thigh by police after the chase, and Gerard Grinston, 24, were arrested at the scene Friday.
