A 19-year-old Los Angeles man was booked for investigation of drunk driving and manslaughter after two teen-age boys were hit and killed by a car while crossing a street, authorities said. Ray Henderson was booked at the Temple City sheriff’s substation after the incident in an unincorporated area near Pasadena. Witnesses said the two boys were running across Huntington Drive when hit by a car that was exceeding the 45 m.p.h. speed limit. The victims were identified as Scott Bumpers and Allan MacRae, both 15.
