21 Glen Cove Condominiums Open With Four Floor Plans

Glen Cove, a development of 21 condominiums, including three penthouse units, opens today at 1930 S. Beverly Glen Blvd., between Santa Monica and Olympic boulevards.

Priced from $209,500 to $249,500, the units are available in four floor plans with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, French doors and 22-foot ceilings in 1,510 to 1,647 square feet of space. Three of the floor plans also feature a sauna in the master bath.

A main lobby and entry intercom service will provide security, and there is also a gated, two-level subterranean garage and guest parking. The monthly homeowners fee is $105.80.

A development of WSL Development, the Cape Cod-style, wood and stucco Glen Cove is scheduled for occupancy in mid-April. A sales office and furnished model are open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to dusk.
