Stockton Firm Plans Carlsbad Apartments

A mid-March construction start is planned for Sea Gate Village, a 272-unit apartment project by the Grupe Development Co. in Carlsbad.
The project is the first in the Southland by the Stockton-based firm. Rents are expected to start at $750 a month at the development at Palomar Airport Road and the San Diego (5) Freeway.
