Venezuelan Cabinet Resigns in Reshuffle

CARACAS, Venezuela — The Venezuelan Cabinet resigned Wednesday to allow President Jaime Lusinchi to reshuffle his team after his first year in office.
Lusinchi said he expects to announce his new Cabinet after his state of the nation address next Tuesday.
He said he will probably reshuffle posts among existing ministers in the 18-man Cabinet.
