Terrace Homes in Construction at Vintage Club
Construction is under way and sales have begun at Terraces at the Vintage Club, a three-level cluster of 54 individual residences on the seventh and eighth fairways of the the Vintage Club’s Mountain Course in Indian Wells.
The club is a $500-million residential country club tucked up against the Santa Rosa Mountains just west of the Eldorado Country Club at the southern end of Cook Street, according to the developer, Lowe Terraces Inc., an affiliate of Lowe Enterprises Inc. of Los Angeles.
Prices for residences at the Terraces range upward from $500,000. The architect is McLarand, Vasquez & Partners of Costa Mesa and interior design of model homes is by Eric Erickson & Associates of Los Angeles. Sales are conducted by appointment only through the Vintage Club sales office.
