Sales on the Fieldstone Classics, a new 20-acre residential community of single-family, detached homes, opens this week end on the Robinson Ranch between Coto de Caza and Trabuco Canyon.

The 31 homes currently being built by the Fieldstone Co. of Newport Beach are part of the first of three construction phases for the 118-home project.

Homes are priced from $112,990 to $139,990 and have between 1,025 to 1,062 square feet of living space. Four floor plans are offered in a series of 12 exterior styles, including single- and two-story arrangements.

Standard features include a full range of built-in appliances, ceramic tile entries, vaulted ceilings, separate dining areas and compartmented master baths with separate dressing areas. Each home has two or two-and-a-half baths.

Exteriors have been designed in combinations of brick or stone veneer, masonite siding and textured stucco; three models furnished by Yeiser-Garland & Associates of Costa Mesa display safety and privacy features that include fenced rear yards, two-car garages with direct interior access.

The sales office is located at 32082 Pleasant Glen Road off Robinson Ranch Road and is open daily, except Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
