San Diego Property Sold for $2.8 Million

The Present Accounting Corp. of America Building and its 13,751-square-foot site at 1929 1st Ave. in downtown San Diego has been sold for $2.8-million to Pacific Joint Venture in a Transaction negotiated by the John Burnham Co. Commercial Brokerage Division.
The brokers, who also represented the seller, Miramar Associates, said a three-part complex consisting of a 46,000-square-foot office building, a 240-car parking structure and a 43-unit apartment complex are planned for the site.
