Sheraton Resort Hires Firm for Expansion

John Dawson Companies Ltd., owner and operator of the Sheraton Scottsdale Resort in Arizona, has retained Concepts 4 Inc. of Santa Monica, Which specializes in hotel and corporate interior design, for the hotel’s $18.5-million expansion.

The project will add 144 guest suites, 20,000 square feet of meeting space, two new restaurants, a new lounge, racquetball and tennis courts, swimming pools, spas and exercise room, game room, pro shops, an Executive Center containing 10 1,400-to-3,100-square foot suites and a fourth wing with restaurant, lounge, board room and swimming pool.
