Applied Circuit Technology of Anaheim has announced that it and Mitsui & Co. Ltd have signed a letter of intent for the distribution and support of Applied Circuit’s test equipment in Japan.
In a statement announcing the letter of intent, Applied Circuit’s president, Walt Menetrey, said that the Japanese market “is very promising for our higher volume production test equipment.â€
The automatic test equipment is used in the manufacture of rigid disk drives that store data for computer systems.
