Baseball: The Valley connection at Emory University

Four former baseball players from the San Fernando Valley have become key players at Emory University in Atlanta.

Freshman pitcher Tyler Sprague (Viewpoint) is 3-0 with a 2.14 ERA. Sophomore pitcher Connor Dillman (Harvard-Westlake) has a 3.72 ERA with 16 strikeouts in 19 1/3 innings. Sophomore outfielder Brett Lake (Campbell Hall) is batting .407 with 13 RBIs. Sophomore outfielder Wes Peacock (Harvard-Westlake) leads the team in hitting with a .462 average.
