Anthony Herrera made a 41-yard field goal with 44 seconds left in the second quarter and Madison has narrowed its deficit to 21-17 at halftime of the CIF state championship Division III bowl game against Marin Catholic.

Marin Catholic quarterback Jared Goff ran for a touchdown and threw touchdown passes of 16 and 4 yards as the Wildcats built a 21-0 lead, but Madison responded with 17 unanswered points.
