Baseball: Palisades is on 11-game winning streak

Palisades has taken control of the Western League race after completing a two-game sweep of Hamilton on Thursday with a 6-0 victory.
The Dolphins (17-8, 10-0) have won 11 consecutive games. Taylor Stokes threw a complete game and struck out seven to beat Hamilton ace Marc Huberman.
In the Baseline League, Glendora defeated Rancho Cucamonga, 15-1. Etiwanda defeated Alta Loma, 2-1.
Bonita is 24-1 after a 10-6 win over Walnut. Sam Stavang improved to 7-0. Justin Garza and Justin Row each had two hits and two RBIs.
In the Channel League, Santa Barbara defeated Ventura, 6-2. Kenny Crawford threw a complete game, allowing six hits. In the Pacific League, Crescenta Valley defeated Burroughs, 7-0. Kyle Murray gave up one hit in four innings.
In a nonleague game, Crespi defeated Long Bech Poly, 2-0. Andy Frakes threw a four-hitter, striking out three and walking none.
