Did standout Loyola kicker Conrad Ukropina join the baseball team? The Cubs improved to 3-0-1 in the Easton tournament with a 17-3 victory over City Section power El Camino Real on Thursday.
Loyola collected 21 hits, with Connor Ash, Tommy Sanford and Quinn Brodey getting two hits apiece.
Loyola is in the tough Mission League, which includes Harvard-Westlake and Alemany. Loyola plays host to Newbury Park on Saturday at 11 a.m.
