Palisades (27-5) is set to play Monroe in the girls’ final at 6 p.m. Donae Moguel, a 6-foot-1 senior, is averaging 16.4 points. Many believe Palisades is the best team in the City Section this season regardless of divisions.

El Camino Real (21-7) will play Garfield in the 8 p.m. Division II boys’ final. El Camino Real finished second to Taft in the West Valley League and is loaded with top young players.
