Kevon Seymour, a Pasadena Muir defensive back who has been a longtime target of USC, committed to the Trojans on Saturday during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

California, however, beat out USC for defensive tackle Ellis McCarthy of Monrovia.
