Boys’ basketball: Fremont gets win over Dorsey

Los Angeles Fremont (18-7, 6-2) helped itself in the Coliseum League with a 56-51 victory over Dorsey.
Tim Johnson had 15 points and eight assists. He made two free throws with 30 seconds left to seal the victory. Fremont is tied with Dorsey for second place.
First-place Crenshaw defeated Manual Arts, 84-41.
