Football: Mater Dei extends to 20-0 lead over Edison

Mater Dei quarterback Max Wittek scooted 11 yards for a touchdown, just keeping his feet inbounds as he crossed the goal line, and the Monarchs have increased their lead to 20-0 with 4:21 left in the first half.

Wittek has been carving up the Chargers’ defense so far, completing 10 of his first 13 passes for 81 yards.
