When was the last time the best basketball player from the Western League wasn’t at Westchester or Fairfax?

Coach Steve Ackerman is trying to raise Nwaba’s profile because he hasn’t been a major participant in the spring or summer travel circuit, but he helped University come within a point of beating Westchester last month in a spring game, and he is considered a top rebounder and inside player who’s improving his outside shot.
