Girls’ basketball: Inglewood and Agoura to meet in championship game

Hazel Ramirez had 17 points, including three three-pointers, and Noelini Tuiasoa scored 16 to lift second-seeded Inglewood (26-5) to a 63-48 victory over third-seeded Bishop Amat (23-7) tonight in a Southern Section Division 3AA semifinal at Morningside High.

Arielle Wideman led Bishop Amat with 15 points.

In the other Division 3AA semifinal, top-seeded Agoura (29-0) defeated fourth-seeded Buena (21-9), 67-55, at Oak Park High.

Inglewood and Agoura will meet in the championship game next week.

Inglewood assistant coach David Gray said his team is ready.

‘We’re confident, we’re playing good and we don’t have any injuries,’ Gray said.
