Fairfax could either rebound in a big way from its 33-point loss to Westchester or creep closer to .500 in the coming days.
First up for the Lions is a game against vastly improved Palisades on Friday. Then Fairfax (9-6 overall, 1-1 Western League), ranked No. 12 in the Southland by The Times, will play Concord De La Salle at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley on Monday.
We’ll soon find out whether the Lions are City Section contenders or also-rans.
