Baseball: Chatsworth improves to 16-1

Andy Weissberg and Andrew Klausmeier each hit two-run home runs and Ryan Cooperstone threw a complete game to help Chatsworth defeat Las Vegas, 8-3, in a semifinal game of the Durango tournament in Las Vegas.
Chatsworth (16-1) continues to show great pitching depth. Cooperstone, Chatsworth’s All-City third baseman, improved to 5-1 on the mound. Klausmeier, who struck out 16 earlier in the week, had three hits and three RBIs.
