Football: Westlake kicker could be headed to Houston

Jordan Mannisto of Westlake, one of the top kickers in the Southland, has committed to Houston, but Nevada recruiters were flying in today to try to change his mind, according to Chris Sailer, his private kicking coach.

Mannisto is known for his accuracy and ability to deliver clutch kicks. He’s also an outstanding pitcher for Westlake’s baseball team and was a top soccer performer.
