Agoura’s Shumway heading to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo

According to the Daily News, Agoura QB Doug Shumway has committed to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Shumway led the Chargers to a 6-4 campaign, passing for 2,023 yards and 19 TDs as a senior. The All-Marmonte League first-teamer also rushed for 613 yards and nine TDs.

And Shumway is maintaining his athletic prowess by playing an important role on the hardwood this winter. The three-year varsity guard is third in team scoring (9.8 ppg) heading into the Chargers’ big game against Simi Valley on Thursday.
