Maybe someone can help me with this one, but when was the last time Los Altos and Bishop Amat were considered among the top 10 in the SGV?
Here’s my SGV top 10:
1. Charter Oak (7-1-1) ... With league wrapped up, they can now focus on the playoffs.2. Glendora (7-2) ... The Tartans moved to No. 8 in the Inland Division rankings.3. South Hills (7-2) ... Hot Huskies are streaking at the right time.4. Muir (7-2)... Plays Pasadena in the Turkey Tussle tonight/Thursday at the Rose Bowl for league title.5. Diamond Ranch (2-7) ... A victory over CO will make a huge statement for playoffs.6. Baldwin Park (7-2) ... Play rival Northview next at Covina District Stadium.7. St. Francis (4-5)... Lost close game to Chaminade, get St. Paul next.8. San Dimas (8-1) ... Only loss came to Baldwin Park.9. Arcadia (7-2) ... If losing to Muir wasn’t bad enough, losing to Burroughs was. 10. Alhambra (7-2) ... Regained its groove after losing back-to-back games.
Next 5: 11. Blair (7-1), 12. Los Altos (5-4), 13. Bishop Amat (2-7), 14. Rosemead (6-3), 14. Duarte (7-2).
