As The Ticket reported here earlier today, complete with full text, President Obama delivered his final commencement address of this graduation season today at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis.
One exuberant brand-new officer opened his arms for a good-natured chest-bump, like on the basketball court. And the president reciprocated.

After delivering tons of new military weapons to the present government in Lebanon, Vice President Joe Biden has the weekend off before giving the graduation address next Wednesday in Colorado Springs at the Air Force Academy.
