Opinion: What <em>do</em> Obama inauguration tickets look like anyway?

A San Francisco friend named Chris Theofel picks up his tickets to Tuesday’s historic inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama.
How does this work?
The halls of the Capitol’s Cannon Office Building were surprisingly empty as we made our way to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s office to get the tickets. Her office staff started distributing them Friday and will continue through today.
With Capitol tickets more than hard to come by, we’re all scratching our heads as to how this 25-year-old guy scored four tickets. Chris swears he’s not a major donor; score one for the little guy?
Tickets are color-coded -- his purple ones mean he will be standing on the north steps of the Capitol, along with his mother. Another 240,000 folks were lucky enough to get an actual official ticket. To see what these official documents look like, scroll down or click on the ‘Read more’ line below.
