Luis Hernandez, 33, a Latino man, was shot while sitting in his car at the intersection of North Broadway and 67th Street in South-Central Los Angeles about 1:50 a.m. Saturday, June 7. The man was taken to California hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to police, the man got into an argument with the driver of a four-door Chrysler with chrome rims. The driver, a Latino man, pulled out a gun and fatally shot Hernandez in the chest. Authorities said Hernandez, wounded, then caused a car accident.
