Geraldo Arellano, a 25-year-old Latino man, was beaten and strangled, his body dumped in the Hungry Valley state park in Gorman. A park employee found the body about two miles from the entrance to this popular off-road vehicle area. His time of death is listed as 2:40 p.m. Feb. 1.
