COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Here are the starting lineups for the U.S. and Mexico national teams, which began play at 4 p.m. (PT):
United States
Goalkeeper: Tim Howard.
Defenders: Frankie Hejduk, Oguchi Onyewu, Carlos Bocanegra and Heath Pearce.
Midfielders: Sacha Kljestan, Landon Donovan, Michael Bradley and DaMarcus Beasley.
Forwards: Clint Dempsey and Brian Ching.
Mexico
Goalkeeper: Oswaldo Sanchez.
Defenders: Aaron Galindo, Carlos Salcido, Rafael Marquez and Ricardo Osorio.
Midfielders: Leandro Augusto, Alberto Medina and Pavel Pardo.
