Dodgers NLCS roster: No Takashi Saito

The Dodgers released their NLCS roster and, as expected, Takashi Saito isn’t on it. Replacing Saito is left-hander Hong-Chih Kuo, who missed the NLDS because of discomfort in his elbow.

No other changes from the NLDS.
