Senate moves up final healthcare vote

Because of a serious snowstorm in the Midwest, Senate leaders agreed to move up by one hour the final vote on a healthcare overhaul bill, which will now take place about 7 a.m. EST Thursday. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) suggested that the vote be held tonight.
