In case you’ve been wondering how the other half lives, PropertyShark.com has compiled a map showing L.A. County closings through mid-November with a sales price of at least $5 million.
By their count, that amounts to 130 single-family home or condominiums. Here’s the link to the map, where you can zoom in and click on a pushpin to find the address and a mini-report with sale price and date.
The top five areas by ZIP Code, as identified by PropertyShark, are:
1. 90210 (Beverly Hills), 32 sales
2. 90049 (Brentwood), 25 sales
3. 90265 (Malibu), 18 sales
4. 90272 (Pacific Palisades), 11 sales
5. 90077 (Bel-Air), 8 sales
Their top three sales:
1. 969 Bel Air Road, Bel-Air 90077
Sales price: $26.5 million
2. 385 Copa de Oro Road, Bel-Air 90077
Sales price: $22 million
3. 2600 Summitridge Drive, Beverly Hills 90210
Sales price: $18.5 million
