Let the campaigning begin.

SuperBowlMonday.com has started a petition to designate the day after the Super Bowl a national holiday and offers suggested names, including ‘Super Monday,’ ‘Day of Champions,’ ‘All American Day,’ ‘Lombardi Day’... and, our favorite, ‘National Recovery Day.’

The site also offers a bunch of food, social, media and economic facts, including this one: ‘Americans will eat an estimated 20 million pounds of potato and tortilla chips and eight million pounds of avocados,’ bringing sales of antacid up by 20% over the (holiday?)weekend.
