It’s not often that a group of A-list Broadway veterans assembles on the same Orange County stage to belt out crowd-pleasing show tune numbers.

But on Saturday, several theater stars including Tony-winner Sutton Foster and ‘Rent’ alumni Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp will appear at the Rose Center Theater in Westminster in a one-night-only benefit performance.

‘Broadway Memories’ will feature the actors performing songs from the shows ‘Rent,’ ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie,’ ‘Wicked’ and more. The scheduled performers will also include Kerry Butler, Tony-winner Karen Olivo and Stephen Tewksberry.

The event, organized by Orange County’s Broadway Knights, is a fundraiser concert to benefit the Alzheimer’s Assn. and Capistrano Center for the Performing Arts. The concert is hosted by Paul Canaan and Matthew Risch, and is directed by Michael Scheman.

Foster won her Tony for ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ in 2002 and will be returning to Broadway in the spring in a revival of ‘Anything Goes.’ The actress is also scheduled to appear Monday in a Reprise Theatre Company concert, titled ‘An Evening With Sutton Foster,’ that will play for one performance only at UCLA’s Freud Playhouse.

Butler received a Tony nomination for her lead role in the musical ‘Xanadu.’ Olivo won a featured-actress Tony for the recent Broadway revival of ‘West Side Story.’
