Once the Oscar red carpet gets going this Sunday there are a few people we’ll have our eye out for in order to see what stunning confection they’ve chosen to wear.

Of course, Anne Hathaway is No. 1 since she’s this year’s highly anticipated co-host. She was more daring than usual in a shoulder heavy Armani Prive gown at the Golden Globes, so it will be interesting to see what she pulls out for her big hosting gig. No doubt she’ll change several times, leaving her room to get it right at least once.

A very preggers Natalie Portman has been dressing her bump so well this awards season. From that pink and red Viktor and Rolf number to a strapless white Azzaro, can’t wait to see what she’s draped in this Sunday. She hasn’t worn her beloved Rodarte yet, maybe saving it for what could be a very big night for her.

Hailee Steinfeld may only be in her teens, but the breakout star has been serving up some serious style this season. She’s looked tasteful and sophisticated not just for her age but even compared with the much older, veteran actors with whom she’s sharing the Oscar spotlight. Her look has been playful yet sleek. No poofy bows or pastel crinolins for this young lady. She brings a freshness the red carpet has been begging for and we’re guessing that her reign as one of the best dressed this season will continue.

We know most people are usually divided on Julianne Moore, but her bold color choices and accessories paired with her striking red hair and alabaster skin are generally a winner in our book. The hot pink Lanvin dress she recently wore was a showstopper and so dramatic without feeling heavy or over the top.

Mila Kunis is so gorgeous and capable of a ‘wow!’ We’re hoping that this Sunday is her fashion moment. She always looks appropriate and undoubtedly gorgeous, but there’s something about her that makes us want her to go just a bit further and play it just a little less safe.

Who are you most excited to see stroll the red carpet this Sunday?
