Imagine you’re at a yard sale in Newport Beach. And imagine you’re feeling frisky and you splurge on a shirt for $5. And imagine the shirt came with a sewn-in tag that reads ‘Frank Sinatra,’ and ‘Nat Wise of London ... Sunset Strip, Calif.’ with a date of ‘Feb. 1987.’ (A small note for Sinatra trivia fans: On Feb. 25, 1987, Sinatra guest-starred in an episode of ‘Magnum, P.I.,’ his last major acting role according to IMDB.) The purchase in question was made by Rick Gorski, a laid-off construction worker, and the sale will take place this weekend at Don Presley Auction in Orange. Ring-a-ding-ding.
